Brief Description
This exciting opportunity with Epwin Telford will see the successful applicant assisting in the design, development, testing and support of products manufactured or factored by the Company.
Qualifications Required
A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grades 9-4 (A*-C), or equivalent, that must include Maths, English and Science.

Training to be Provided
This 4 year programme will include:
? Engineering Basic Skills training ? off the job full time at Make UK in Aston, Birmingham
? NVQ Level 3 in Engineering
? A Technical Certificate (BTEC Diploma Level 3 in Engineering)
? In house training in line with your requirements.

Vacancy Detail
The successful applicant will carry out a range of tasks related to design, development and testing.
These may include:
? Ensuring Company Integrated Management Systems (IMS) procedures are adhered to at all times
? Providing technical support for both internal & external customers, including technical calculations, e.g. thermal transmission
? Providing loading calculation service to customers
? Maintaining of company technical information library. Updating/releasing of Technical documents. Proof reading of company technical & marketing literature
? Researching of 3rd party solutions for technical issues
? Providing drawings, calculations, technical administration & bill of materials (B.O.M.s)
? Maintaing of comprehensive design notes and regular updating of project files
? Supporting the Design Manager with evaluation of new products/Hardware for compatibility with existing Systems
? Continuously improving and innovating in the approach to all areas of responsibility
Salary: Starting salary will be between ?249.32 and ?258.91 depending on experience.
Hours: When at Epwin, hours will be Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00.
