Brief Description
Geberit UK are looking for a Technical Service Apprentice to join our Commercial Services team. We are a globally operating Geberit Group, and a European leader in the field of sanitary products including bathroom ceramics, fittings and piping solutions.
Qualifications Required
Good standard of general education i.e. GSCE, O Level.
Excellent IT knowledge (Office 365, Excel, Work, Outlook, databases, CRM)
Personal Qualities
• Full, clean driving licence – after a successful training period, this will be predominantly field based
• Prepared to travel Nationally/Internationally as required for the role – passport required

Training to be Provided
Level 2 Diploma in Engineering Operations
Level 2 Certificate in Engineering Operations

Please note that this Intermediate (Level 2) Apprenticeship will last for 12-18 months. It will involve spending one day per week at MAKE UK's state-of-the-art Training Hub in Aston, and four days per week at the employer's site for the duration of the apprenticeship.

Vacancy Detail
You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be taught all about our UK business, learning our key systems and processes, before specialising in providing hands-on support with our team of Service Engineers. You will learn about the full range of our products as you progress.
Your role will include, but not restricted to:
• Commissioning and start-up
• Maintenance activities, both preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnostics & repair
An ideal candidate will have a logical approach to problem solving, whilst maintaining the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and information.
The role will initially be based from our Warwick Head Office, before moving on to being field based on completion of a successful training period.
The ideal candidate will be prepared to travel Nationally/Internationally as required for the role and will hold an up to date passport for any international travel
