Brief Description
We are looking for an Apprentice Welder to join our Welding and Fabrication Team.
The successful applicant will work towards gaining a Level 2 General Welder Apprenticeship
Qualifications Required
GCSE Minimum level 4 / C in English Language and Maths

Training to be Provided
Level 2 Diploma in Engineering Operations
Level 2 Certificate in Engineering Operations

Please note that this Intermediate (Level 2) Apprenticeship will last for 12-18 months. It will involve spending one day per week at MAKE UK's state-of-the-art Training Hub in Aston, and four days per week at the employer's site for the duration of the apprenticeship.

Once qualified, you will become a welder and fabricator
Vacancy Detail
This is a mixture of “on-the-job” and “off-the job” learning, with training broken down into
different welding subject areas.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Work as a part of the fabrication team
- Preparation of materials
- Welding MIG & TIG
- Assisting in general housekeeping

This apprenticeship is 18 months with 4 days per week at work and day release to Make UK
