Brief Description

This level 2 apprenticeship will involve the packing of finished product for transport onto the warehouse as well as assisting with technical roles on shift as required.

Qualifications Required

3 GCSEs, or equivalent, at grade D / 3 or above to include maths and English language

Swish Building Products, Part of Epwin Group, is one of the UK’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of PVC windows, doors and fascia systems with some of the best-known manufacturing and service names in the sector. Group businesses also produce high quality cladding, guttering, decking and prefabricated GRP building components.

This 18 month level 2 apprenticeship will include:
Packing and banding production as required by the manufacturing plan
Monitoring quality – inspecting, measuring and recording
Changing / replenishing Polyfilm as required
Accurate completion of paperwork
Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
Contributing effectively to your team

Additional duties when required: -
Completing size changes
Moving stillages through the tunnel
Assisting with run ups – removing waste.
Any other tasks you have the time, ability, and it is safe to do.
